Ingredients

  • MAGGI Makhani Base Gravy
  • Coriander powder
  • Kasuri methi
  • Red chili powder
  • Butter
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Roasted Chicken tikka pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Onions Small Dices
  • Capsicum Small Dices
  • Green chillies chopped
  • Mozrella cheese
  • 60 gm
  • 0.50 gm
  • 0.25 gm
  • 1.5 gm
  • 3 gm
  • 10 ml
  • To Taste
  • 80 gm
  • 5 ml
  • 10 gm
  • 10 gm

  • 1/2 cup

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • 2. Take a pan ,add MAGGI Makhani base gravy.
  • 3. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder, buter and cook until desired consistency
  • 4. Finish it with kasuri methi and cream
  • 5. Take a pizza base
  • 6. Apply the prepared butter sauce and spread well 7. Add mozrella cheese on the sauce and cover it with chicken tikka pieces
  • 8. Add onion, capsicum and green chillies on top of the cheese.
  • 9. Bake it in the pizza oven for 15 -20 min until cheese and crust turns golden brown.
  • 10. Drizzle olive oil on top of the pizza.
  • 11. Serve hot
