Method

  • 1. Marinate the chicken breast with lemon juice, salt, paprika powder and leave for
  • 2. Add tobasco sauce, green chilies, rosemary, garlic and parmesan cheese to the finished MAGGI Makhani Base Gravy and cook on simmer till it gets thick.
  • 3. Flatten the chicken breast and stuff the Makhani Gravy masala and grill it till golden brown.
  • 4. Blanch broccoli, sauté with butter and garlic and serve as an accompaniment.
