Chilli Paneer

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour)
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Chopped chilli
  • Diced onion
  • Diced capsicum
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Corn flour
  • Veg. stock
  • Diced fried paneer
  • For coating the paneer before frying:
  • Cornflour
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. Take a wok and add oil, diced onion, capsicum, chilli & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).
  • 2. Sauté for a minute. Then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce & vinegar with stock.
  • 3. Cook for a minute on high flame. Then thicken the sauce with corn flour.
  • 4. Add paneer & some spring onion and toss over high flame.
  • 5. Garnish with remaining spring onion and serve it hot.
