Chilli Paneer

Ingredients
- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour)
- Tomato ketchup
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Chopped chilli
- Diced onion
- Diced capsicum
- Chopped spring onion
- Corn flour
- Veg. stock
- Diced fried paneer
- For coating the paneer before frying:
- Cornflour
- Refined oil

Method
- 1. Take a wok and add oil, diced onion, capsicum, chilli & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).
- 2. Sauté for a minute. Then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce & vinegar with stock.
- 3. Cook for a minute on high flame. Then thicken the sauce with corn flour.
- 4. Add paneer & some spring onion and toss over high flame.
- 5. Garnish with remaining spring onion and serve it hot.
