- 1. Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and lukewarm water in a double saucepan and whisk well.
- 2. Add egg yolks and sugar.
- 3. Whisk over simmering water for 10 minutes or until thick and foamy.
- 4. Dissolve gelatine in 30ml boiling water, add to coconut mixture and combine well.
- 5. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate until mixture just begins to set. Fold in whipped cream.
- 6. Beat egg whites until firm peaks form and fold into coconut mixture.
- 7. Spoon evenly into six individual dessert dishes and refrigerate until set.
