Ingredients

  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • Luke warm water
  • Egg Yolks
  • Sugar
  • Gelatine
  • Boiling Water
  • Fresh Cream (whipped)
  • Egg Whites
  • 2 cups
  • 2/3 cup
  • 4
  • 1/3 cup
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • ½ cup
  • 2

Method

  • 1. Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and lukewarm water in a double saucepan and whisk well.
  • 2. Add egg yolks and sugar.
  • 3. Whisk over simmering water for 10 minutes or until thick and foamy.
  • 4. Dissolve gelatine in 30ml boiling water, add to coconut mixture and combine well.
  • 5. Remove from heat, cool and refrigerate until mixture just begins to set. Fold in whipped cream.
  • 6. Beat egg whites until firm peaks form and fold into coconut mixture.
  • 7. Spoon evenly into six individual dessert dishes and refrigerate until set.
