Ingredients

  • Crushed pepper
  • Chili paste
  • Chopped chili
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • Sweet corns
  • Corn flour
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. Coat the sweet corn with corn flour, ensuring it is covered evenly and well.
  • 2. Fry it in hot oil till it’s crispy and set aside.
  • 3. In a wok add refined oil, chopped ginger, crushed pepper, chopped chili, chili paste, chopped onion & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
  • 4. Add the crispy fried corns (from step 2), MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour), chopped coriander & spring onion. Toss it for a minute on high flame.
