- Corn flour

Method
- 1. Coat the sweet corn with corn flour, ensuring it is covered evenly and well.
- 2. Fry it in hot oil till it’s crispy and set aside.
- 3. In a wok add refined oil, chopped ginger, crushed pepper, chopped chili, chili paste, chopped onion & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
- 4. Add the crispy fried corns (from step 2), MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour), chopped coriander & spring onion. Toss it for a minute on high flame.
