Ingredients

  • MAGGI Makhani base Gravy
  • Spinach
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Salt
  • Garam Masala
  • Kasuri methi
  • Chat masala
  • Saffron
  • Cornflour
  • Oil
  • 30 gm
  • 3 bunch
  • 150 gm
  • To taste
  • 0.50 gm
  • 0.50 gm
  • 0.50 gm
  • 5 strands
  • 2 cups
  • For Frying

Method

  • 1. Blanch spinach in boiling salt water. Drain water and dry the spinach.
  • 2. Purée spinach and add cornflour to it gradually and mix well
  • 3. Cut the cottage cheese into cubes and coat them with spinach mixture.
  • 4. Fry cheese cubes till golden brown.
  • 5. Cook MAGGI Makhani Gravy using 90 ml water till desired consistency.
  • 6. Add garam masala, chat masala and kasuri methi to the gravy, mix well.
  • 7. Now slit the cheese cubes in the middle and drizzle gravy on it.
  • 8. Serve garnished with dash of saffron.
