Method

  • 1. Make a dough by mixing together refined flour, Maggi Kadhai base masala, sugar, yeast, salt, eggs, glutan powder, bread improver, olive oil and water.
  • 2. Put the dough for proving
  • 3. Bake till 70% done and take out of the oven.
  • 4. In a pan sauté ingredients for topping till onions are translucent
  • 5. Cool and spread the topping on the bread. Put the bread back for complete baking.
