Ingredients

  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • Water
  • Fish
  • Onion
  • Curry leaves
  • Whole red chili
  • Garlic
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tamarind pulp
  • Green Chilies
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 4 tbsp
  • 2 cup
  • 500 gm

Method

  • 1. Dissolve MAGGI Coconut milk powder in 2 cups of water
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
  • 3. Add onions, ginger, green chilies and curry leaves and saute till onions are transparent.
  • 4. Add ground masalas and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Add coconut milk, fish pieces and simmer till fish is done.
  • 6. Add tamarind pulp and remove from fire.
