Method

  • 1. Prepare all the vegetables by dicing into 3” size and blanch.
  • 2. Heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan on high flame.
  • 3. Add in the chopped garlic, half of basil leaves, MAGGI® Professional Thai green curry paste and a little water.
  • 4. Add in all the blanched vegetables and toss well with light soy sauce.
  • 5. Add in the sliced red chili and basil leaves.
  • 6. Cook for a while and check the seasoning.
  • 7. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice topped with fried basil leaves.
