Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour)
  • Soy sauce
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped chilli
  • Julienne carrot
  • Julienne beans
  • Julienne cabbage
  • Veg. stock
  • Vinegar
  • Corn starch
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. Take a wok and add oil, ginger, chopped chilli, julienned vegetables & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).
  • 2. Sauté for a minute before adding stock & soy sauce.
  • 3. Bring it to a boil and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Finally add corn starch, vinegar & coriander.
  • 5. Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.
