Laksa Soup

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Thai Red Curry Paste
  • Coconut milk
  • Thai red chili slice
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt

  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Vegetable stock
  • If Non-Veg:
  • Chicken / prawn
  • Madras curry powder
  • Palm sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Chicken stock
  • For Garnish:
  • Boiled rice noodles
  • Sprouts
  • Fresh coriander or fresh basil

Method

  • 1. Heat a wok, add ½ tsp oil & MAGGI® Professional Thai red curry paste & Thai red chili slice.
  • 2. Sauté for 10 seconds.
  • 3. Add all the vegetables / chicken / prawn & sauté for another 20 seconds.
  • 4. Add coconut milk & vegetable/chicken/fish stock & boil for 2-3 mins.
  • 5. Add fresh basil, Madras curry powder, salt, palm sugar & boil for another minute until the chicken and vegetables are cooked.
  • 6. Remove from heat & add lemon juice.
  • 7. Season as per your taste.
  • 8. Garnish with fresh coriander/ fresh basil andsprouts and serve hot.
