Lemon Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter
  • NESTLÉ MILKMAID Condensed Milk
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice
  • Vanilla Essence
  • FOR TOPPING
  • Brown Sugar

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  • 2. Using the paddle, cream the butter and add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Condensed Milk and mix well.
  • 3. Fold the flour, salt, lemon zest and the juice and the vanilla essence. Do not over mix the cookie dough. Chill for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 4. Make 30 g balls, roll in brown sugar and place on trays lined with a baking paper.
  • 5. Bake till a nice golden color is achieved.
