Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix (White sauce)
  • Milk
  • Boiled macaroni
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped parsley
  • Veg. stock
  • Oregano
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Grated processed cheese
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Butter

Method

  • 1. Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
  • 2. Take a pan and add butter, garlic, onion, crushed pepper & oregano.
  • 3. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add the macaroni pasta, white sauce, processed cheese, parsley, salt & stock and mix well.
  • 5. Cook this for 2-3 minutes, till the desired pasta sauce consistency is achieved (semi thick).
  • 6. Pour the above in a baking mould & then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 7. Gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven, serve hot.
