MAGGI® Thai Green Curry Salad with Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Fusian Hong Kong Spicy Garlic Noodles
  • 1 Pack
  • Sliced vegetables : Onion, Tomato, Cabbage (Optional: Capsicum and Carrot)
  • 1 Tablespoon each
  • MAGGI® Professional Thai green curry paste
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Crushed peanuts
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • MAGGI® Hot and Sweet sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Water
  • 250 ml

Method

  • 1. Mix all the veggies with MAGGI® Professional Thai green curry paste.
  • 2. Add peanuts, chopped coriander, hot & sweet sauce and oil. Mix well.
  • 3. Keep aside.

For Noodles:

  • 1. In a pan, add water and mix with noodle taste maker.
  • 2. Bring it to a boil.
  • 3. Add noodles.
  • 4. Cook for 2 mins.
  • 5. Transfer to serving bowl.
  • 6. Top it up with salad.
