  • Methi leaves (Finely chopped)
  • White butter
  • Cumin powder
  • Plain Curd
  • Tomato
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Method

  • 1. Add all the spices, green chili, ginger, garlic to the wheat flour.
  • 2. Add ghee and small quantities of curd if required.
  • 3. Add MAGGI Makhani Base Gravy to it and knead it to form a dough using required amount of water.
  • 4. Add salt to taste. Make small balls out of the dough and roll into paranthas.
  • 5. Cook paranthas using ghee.
