Manchow Soup

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour)
  • Chili paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Chopped tomato
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped carrot
  • Chopped beans
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped chili
  • Chopped ginger
  • Veg. stock
  • Corn starch
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. In a wok add refined oil, chopped ginger, chili paste, chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, chili & tomato. Sauté for a minute.
  • 2. Then add veg stock, MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle seasoning (Wok Flavour) & soy sauce.
  • 3. Bring it to boil and keep boiling for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Use corn starch to bring it to the necessary thickness to the soup.
  • 5. Once done, garnish it with coriander.
  • 6. Serve hot with fried noodles.
