- Ginger Juliennes

Method
- 1. Heat Ghee and add green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder.
- 2. Combine beaten curd and cook for few minutes
- 3. Add chicken and cook till it leaves water
- 4. Add Maggi Brown Base Gravy and continue cooking till the chicken is tender
- 5. Check the seasoning and cook for 2 minutes
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
