  • Maggi Brown Base Gravy
  • Beaten curd
  • Chicken pieces
  • Ghee
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Slit green chilies
  • Ginger Juliennes
  • 200 gm
  • 50 ml
  • 250 gm
  • 10 gm
  • 1 gm
  • To Taste
  • 1 gm
  • 1 tsp
  • 2
  • 1 tsp

Method

  • 1. Heat Ghee and add green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder.
  • 2. Combine beaten curd and cook for few minutes
  • 3. Add chicken and cook till it leaves water
  • 4. Add Maggi Brown Base Gravy and continue cooking till the chicken is tender
  • 5. Check the seasoning and cook for 2 minutes
  • 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and ginger juliennes.
