  • Turmeric Powder

  • Coconut Oil

Method

  • 1. Grind together coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and spices with a little water.
  • 2. Heat oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic till brown.
  • 3. Add the above paste and fry for 5-10 minutes, then add mutton, tomatoes, curry leaves, salt and coconut milk (2 cups of water added to MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder)
  • 4. Cook covered till the mutton is tender and gravy become thick.
