Ingredients

  • MAGGI Makhani base Gravy
  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • Prawns
  • Black pomfret
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Shrimp paste
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • 1 tbsp
  • 15 gm
  • 500 gm
  • 1 pc
  • 500 gm
  • 10 cloves
  •     
  • 3 tbsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 bunch
  • For Shallow Frying

Method

  • 1. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic and keep aside.
  • 2. Chop prawns, add coriander powder, cumin powder and shrimp paste to it.
  • 3. Mix contents from step 1 and step 2 together.
  • 4. Add MAGGI Coconut milk powder and MAGGI Makhani Base Gravy, mix well.
  • 5. Stuff this mixture into the black pomfret, seal and shallow fry.
