Ingredients

  • Maggi Brown Base Gravy 
  • Ghee
  • Potatoes
  • Lemon juice
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt 
  • Red chili powder
  • Slit green chillies
  • Beaten curd 
  • Sliced almonds
  • 200 gm

Method

  • 1. Fry roundels of potatoes till golden brown and keep aside.
  • 2. Heat Ghee in a pan. Add green chilli, red chili podwder and turmeric powder.
  • 3. Add beaten curd and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • 4. Add fried potatoes and continue cooking.
  • 5. Add Maggi Brown base gravy and cook till desired consistency is achieved.
  • 6. Add lemon juice and check the seasoning.
  • 7. Garnish with sliced almonds and slit green chilies.
