Ingredients

  • Boneless, sliced chicken
  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • dissolved in 2 cups of water
  • Tamarind Juice
  • Chillie Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Onion, finely sliced
  • Garlic, finely sliced
  • Ginger, finely chopped
  • Lemon grass, finely chopped
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 ½ kg
  • 3 cups

  • 4 tbsps
  • 2 tsps
  • ½ tsp

  • 1
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 piece
  • 2 stalks
  • 1 small
  • 2 tbsps
  • To taste
  • 50 ml.

Method

  • 1. Season the sliced chicken with salt, pepper, chili, turmeric and cumin powder and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the oil in a pan, adding all chopped and sliced onions, garlic, ginger, lemon grass and cinnamon. Fry until golden brown.
  • 3. Add seasoned chicken and fry for a few minutes.
  • 4. Finally, add lemon juice.
  • 5. Serve with boiled rice or noodles
