  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • Mushroom, batons
  • Cauliflower florets
  • Broccoli florets
  • Babycorn, diamonds
  • Carrot, batons
  • Garlic, chopped
  • Lemon grass, chopped
  • Galangal
  • Kafir lime leaves
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Basil leaves
  • Refined oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Thai green curry paste

Method

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, lemon grass and galangal together for 20 sec.
  • 2. Add kafir lime, thai green curry paste and cook for 30 seconds on slow flame.
  • 3. Add MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder, sugar and mix well. Bring to boil and keep aside.
  • 4. Boil water in a pan and blanch carrot batons, mushroom, cauliflower, baby corn and broccoli.
  • 5. Now add blanched vegetables in coconut milk mixture, add basil leaves.
  • 6. Finish with lemon juice and serve.
