



- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour)8 g
- Crushed pepper3 g
- Chili paste5 g
- Chopped chili3 g
- Chopped onion40 g
- Chopped capsicum20 g
- Chopped ginger5 g
- Chopped spring onion10 g
- Chopped coriander10 g
- Sweet corns200 g
- Corn flour80 g
- Refined oil300 ml
Prepare Corn Salt & Pepper
- Step 1
Coat the sweet corn with cornflour, ensuring it is covered evenly and well.
- Step 2
Fry it in hot oil till it’s crispy and set aside.
- Step 3
In a wok add refined oil, chopped ginger, crushed pepper, chopped chili, chili paste, chopped onion & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
- Step 4
Add the crispy fried corns (from step 2), MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour), chopped coriander & spring onion. Toss it for a minute on a high flame.
Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.
