ONE Nestlé Experience is an initiative taken up by Nestlé in India to promote entrepreneurship & grow Branded Kiosks across select channels pan-India. Branded Retail Kiosk is a one-stop solution, which provides quick, tasty and hygienic food & beverage products to consumers with high emphasis on quality & food safety in an “out-of-home” environment. These kiosks are operated by franchisees under NESCAFÉ®, MAGGI®, KITKAT®, a+ brands and are called NESCAFÉ® Corner, MAGGI® Hotspot, KITKAT® Break Zone and a+ Milk Booth, respectively.
This initiative not only nurtures entrepreneurs and creates job opportunities for people, but also helps create memories for life. It is a platform where youth can start their own business and be part of the growing franchise family of ONE Nestlé.

Licenses & Legalities
Basic licenses are required to operate the business. Our Regional Retail Managers will guide you and provide complete support and information regarding licenses and regulations pertaining to this business.
Food & Safety Training
An initial 1-day training session in food and safety followed by periodic follow-up sessions. The training helps you identify all the DOs and DON’Ts necessary in the kitchen and enables you to keep your business aligned with food safety regulations and adhere to Quality Monitoring Process.

A wide range of Nestlé products & Nestlé-approved complementing products that meet consumer needs for all consumption occasions. A curated menu keeping taste and variety in mind, with prices ranging between ₹ 20 & ₹ 100. A simple menu that is easily customizable to cater to various tastes & occasions.

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to building a successful food & beverage retail kiosk business, ability to invest ₹5-15 lacs in starting the business. Be ready to learn new skills, enjoy working with people, being commercially sound, right market contacts will be an added advantage. My Nestlé Retail One experience has truly been unique. In a short span of 11 months, we went from 1 Kiosk to 10 across the West, East & South regions of the country. The format truly showcases a wide range of products, awareness & quality to the consumers and hence makes the franchisee model a great one. We also had tremendous support by a great Nestlé One team, who helped us in every aspect of setting up a store. We are looking forward to triple our growth in 2020.

Like most of the Indians, my love for MAGGI® has been the reason behind my exposure to the brand Nestlé. My journey from Distributor to a Retail franchisee of Nestlé Retail Kiosks is like a dream unfolding into reality. The recognition and the exposure I got through these kiosks can never be measured and its really been overwhelming.
My first outlet at Karnal Haveli motivated me a lot n furthering my advances and I have never looked back since then. Right now, we operate a total of 10 Kiosks across the locations.

Soon after I got married, my father in law, introduced me to the team at Nestlé, and the decision to start with a Retail ONE Kiosks came as a result of the faith in the brand. We went ahead and soon after came up with our flagship cafe at Apollo Hospital, Jasola. Overall it is an exciting venture and in soon we expanded to 2 other locations including the Stellar IT Park in Noida. It has been an incredibly inspiring journey so far; the Nestlé India team has been extremely helpful and have always been there at every hour to provide all the support they can! I’ll be ever thankful to my father in law and my husband for supporting me and pushing me to reach new heights every day.
