Hakka Noodles

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour)
  • Julliene carrot
  • Julliene cabbage
  • Julliene onion
  • Julliene capsicum
  • Boiled noodles
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. Take a wok add refined oil, julliene carrot, onion, cabbage, capsicum and mix well.
  • 2. Cook this for a minute.
  • 3. Then add the boiled noodles, MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour) & some chopped spring onion.
  • 4. Toss this in high flame for about 2 minutes.
  • 5. Garnish with spring onion, serve hot with sauce or gravy of your choice.
