  • Boneless Chicken (cut into cubes)
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, chopped
  • Ginger, chopped
  • Roasted gram flour
  • Turmeric powder
  • Curry powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Chicken broth powder
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Rice flour Noodles
  • Water
  • Oil

Method

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, garlic, ginger and saute till onions are transparent and soft.
  • 2. Add red chili powder, curry powder, coriander powder, salt, roasted gram flour.
  • 3. Add chicken pieces and saute for few seconds.
  • 4. Make coconut cream by mixing Maggi Coconut milk powder with water and add to the pan.
  • 5. Add chicken broth powder. Simmer for few seconds till desired consistency is reached.
  • 6. Finish with fish sauce and lemon juice.
