



- MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix21 gm
- Milk300 ml
- Boiled macaroni210 g
- Chopped garlic10 g
- Chopped onion30 g
- Chopped parsley10 g
- Veg. stock50 ml
- Oregano2 g
- Grated mozzarella cheese30 g
- Grated processed cheese20 g
- Saltto taste
- Crushed peppera pinch
- Butter20 g
Prepare Mac & Cheese
- Step 1
Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
- Step 2
Take a pan and add butter, garlic, onion, crushed pepper & oregano.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Add the macaroni pasta, white sauce, processed cheese, parsley, salt & stock, and mix well.
- Step 5
Cook this for 2-3 minutes, till the desired pasta sauce consistency is achieved (semi-thick).
- Step 6
Pour the above into a baking mold & then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 7
Gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven.
Serve hot.
