- Water
- Kokum Syrup
- Cumin Seeds
- Garlic
- Green Chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Salt

Method
- 1. Dissolve MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in warm water
- 2. Make a fine paste of garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds.
- 3. Mix the paste with coconut milk
- 4. Slowly add kokum syrup and adjust the salt
- Note: To avoid the curdling of coconut milk, both the MAGGI Coconut Milk and Kokum should be at same temperature. Also quantity of Kokum syrup should not be too high
