Ingredients

  • MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
  • Water
  • Kokum Syrup
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Garlic
  • Green Chilies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt

  • 250 ml (warm)
  • 2 -3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 4 - 5 cloves
  • 1

  • To Taste

Method

  • 1. Dissolve MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in warm water
  • 2. Make a fine paste of garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds.
  • 3. Mix the paste with coconut milk
  • 4. Slowly add kokum syrup and adjust the salt
  •  
  • Note: To avoid the curdling of coconut milk, both the MAGGI Coconut Milk and Kokum should be at same temperature. Also quantity of Kokum syrup should not be too high
