



- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour)10 g
- Minced chicken150 g
- Chopped coriander5 g
- Chopped spring onion5 g
- Chopped cabbage30 g
- Chopped onion30 g
- Chopped chili5 g
- Chopped ginger5 g
- Butter10 g
- Refined flour300 g
- Water80 ml
Prepare Chicken Momos Recipe
- Step 1
Make semi-hard dough with refined flour & water, keep it rested, and covered with a moist cloth.
- Step 2
Take a bowl and add butter, chopped ginger, cabbage, onion, chili, coriander, spring onion, minced chicken & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour), mix well.
- Step 3
Now place the chicken mixture on a small round sheet from the rested dough (step 1).
- Step 4
Give it your desired shape and steam for about 10 minutes in the steamer.
Garnish with spring onion, serve hot with chutneys or dips (to your choice).
