- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour)10 g
- Soy sauce10 ml
- Chopped coriander5 g
- Chopped spring onion5 g
- Chopped ginger5 g
- Chopped chili2 g
- Julienne carrot20 g
- Julienne beans20 g
- Julienne cabbage20 g
- Veg. stock500 ml
- Vinegar10 ml
- Corn starch8 g
- Refined oil5 ml
Prepare Hot & Sour Soup
- Step 1
Take a wok and add oil, ginger, chopped chilli, julienned vegetables & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).
- Step 2
Sauté for a minute before adding stock & soy sauce.
- Step 3
Bring it to a boil and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4
Finally add corn starch, vinegar & coriander.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.
