    30 g
  • Milk
    350 ml
  • Nestlé MILKMAID®
    150 g
  • Saffron
    10 strands
  • Green cardamom powder
    as per taste
  • Fresh coconut
  • Almonds, raisins, pista slices

How to Make Coconut Phirni

Prepare Coconut Phirni

  • Step 1

    Take a deep bottomed pan, add milk and rice together, and start cooking on medium flame until it boils.

  • Step 2

    Keep stirring the whole while, turning the flame from medium to low. Once it starts thickening, add coconut, saffron water, and MILKMAID®.

  • Step 3

    Stir for five more minutes and turn off the flame.

  • Step 4

    Now add the cardamom powder, mix well and transfer to serving bowl, garnish with nuts and serve hot or chilled.
