



- MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour)16 g
- Chili paste20 g
- Soy sauce10 ml
- Chopped tomato20 g
- Chopped coriander10 g
- Chopped carrot30 g
- Chopped beans30 g
- Chopped cabbage30 g
- Chopped chili5 g
- Chopped ginger5 g
- Veg. stock600 ml
- Corn starch10 g
- Refined oil5 ml
Prepare Manchow Soup Recipe
- Step 1
In a wok add refined oil, chopped ginger, chili paste, chopped carrot, beans, cabbage, chili & tomato. Sauté for a minute.
- Step 2
Then add veg stock, MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle seasoning (Wok Flavour) & soy sauce.
- Step 3
Bring it to boil and keep boiling for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4
Use corn starch to bring it to the necessary thickness to the soup.
Garnish it with coriander. Serve hot with fried Noodles or pair it with breads on the side.
