Prepare Plant Based Seekh Kebab

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a steel bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Shape the minced mixture onto skewers, forming seekh-style kebabs.

Grill the skewers over hot charcoal, turning them occasionally for even cooking.

Step 4
Once done, carefully remove the kebabs from the skewers.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with a sprinkle of chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
