



- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour)8 g
- Julliene onion60 g
- Julliene capsicum40 g
- Julliene carrot50 g
- Julliene cabbage100 g
- Chopped ginger5 g
- Chopped spring onion10 g
- Chopped coriander5 g
- Spring roll sheet6 pcs
- Refined oil300 ml
Prepare Vegetable Spring Roll Recipe
- Step 1
Take a wok and add refined oil, chopped ginger, julienne carrot, onion, cabbage & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
- Step 2
Add the MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Wok Flavour), chopped coriander & spring onion. Mix well.
- Step 3
Cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Cool down the mixture and stuff it into the spring roll sheet tightly.
- Step 5
Then deep fry it in hot oil and cut it into the desired number of pieces.
Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot with ketchup or hot garlic sauce.
