MAGGI® Tom Yum Soupy Noodles

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Fusian Bangkok sweet chilli noodles
  • 1 Pack
  • Sliced vegetables : Onion, tomato, cabbage (Optional: Capsicum and carrot)
  • 1 Tablespoon each
  • MAGGI® Professional Thai red curry paste
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon - Quarter wedge or less
  • Quarter wedge or less

Method

  • 1. Add oil in a wok or pan.
  • 2. Add vegetable sand sauté with MAGGI® Professional Thai red curry paste for a minute.
  • 3. Add water and taste maker. Mix well.
  • 4. Bring it to a boil.
  • 5. Add MAGGI® Fusian Bangkok sweet chilli noodles.
  • 6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 7. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • 8. Garnish with lemon wedges
