



- MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix7 g
- Milk100 ml (at room temperature)
- Whole tomato250 g
- Whole garlic10 g
- Veg. stock200 ml
- Saltto taste
- Sugar2 g
- Crushed pepperas per taste
- Butter20 g
Prepare Cream of Tomato
- Step 1
Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
- Step 2
In a pot, boil whole tomato & garlic. Once cooked, make it into a puree.
- Step 3
Take a pan, add butter & tomato puree and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Step 4
Add the white sauce, sugar, salt, crushed pepper & stock to the above and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Step 5
Once the above thickens and forms a soup consistency (semi-thick), garnish it with cream.
Serve hot with bread rolls.
