Vegetable Spring Roll

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour)
  • Julliene onion
  • Julliene capsicum
  • Julliene carrot
  • Julliene cabbage
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • Spring roll sheet
  • Refined oil

Method

  • 1. Take a wok and add refined oil, chopped ginger, julienne carrot, onion, cabbage & capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
  • 2. Add the MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour), chopped coriander & spring onion. Mix well.
  • 3. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Cool down the mixture and stuff it into the spring roll sheet tightly.
  • 5. Then deep fry it in hot oil and cut into desired number of pieces.
  • 6. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot with ketchup or hot garlic sauce.
