



- Edible coconut oil105 ml
- Peanut butter55 g
- Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk200 g
- Honey30 g
- Vanilla essence5 ml
- Unsweetened cocoa powder75 g
- Grain sugar200 g
- Unsalted butter90 g
- Heavy cooking cream120 g
- Salt1 tsp
- Sea salt5 g
Prepare Salted Caramel Fudge
- Step 1
For the fudge, mix the coconut oil and the Nestlé MILKMAID® condensed milk. Add the rest of the ingredients making sure not to over-mix. Pour the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper. Spread into an even layer and chill for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Step 2
While the fudge sets, prepare the caramel sauce. Cook the sugar in a thick-bottomed pan till a light caramel is formed. Add the butter cubes carefully and mix well.
- Step 3
Remove the pan from the fire and carefully add the cooking cream slowly. (At this stage the caramel will boil and one needs to be very careful). Once cooked, let it cool down.
- Step 4
For finishing, pour the cooled sauce on the fudge and spread to cover evenly.
Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and cut into desired squares.
