Prepare Chocolate Truffle Pastry

Step 1
Mix warm fresh cream with dark chocolate pieces and stir until smooth to create a chocolate ganache. Once cooled, add 150 gms of KitKat® Spread and mix well.

Step 2
Slice the chocolate sponge into three layers, each approximately 1 inch thick. Lightly brush the layers with sugar syrup to keep them moist.

Step 3
Spread the KitKat® Ganache between each sponge layer. Cover the entire cake with a layer of ganache, followed by the remaining KitKat® Spread.

Step 4
Freeze the layered cake for 2-3 hours before slicing.
Garnish with KitKat® bits and chocolate decorations.
