- Julliene carrot20 g
- Julliene cabbage30 g
- Julliene onion30 g
- Julliene capsicum20 g
- Boiled Noodles200 g
- Chopped spring onion10 g
- Refined oil10 ml
Prepare Hakka Noodles Recipe
- Step 1
Take a wok add refined oil, julliene carrot, onion, cabbage, capsicum and mix well.
- Step 2
Cook this for a minute.
- Step 3
Then add the boiled Noodles, MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour) & some chopped spring onion.
- Step 4
Toss this in high flame for about 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion, serve hot with sauce or Veg Manchurian or Paneer Chilli.
