  • Chopped spring onion

How to Make Schezwan Noodles

Prepare Schezwan Noodles

  • Step 1

    Take a wok and add oil & julienned vegetables.

  • Step 2

    Mix well and cook for a minute.

  • Step 3

    Then add the noodles, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).

  • Step 4

    Toss this over high flame for 2 minutes.

  • Serving Suggestions:

    Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot with choice of sauce or gravy.
