Schezwan Noodles

- MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour)10 g
- Tomato ketchup10 g
- Soy sauce5 ml
- Vinegar5 ml
- Julienne carrot30 g
- Julienne cabbage30 g
- Julienne onion30 g
- Julienne capsicum30 g
- Boiled noodles200 g
- Chopped spring onion10 g
- Refined oil10 ml
Prepare Schezwan Noodles
- Step 1
Take a wok and add oil & julienned vegetables.
- Step 2
Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Step 3
Then add the noodles, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar & MAGGI® Professional Rice Seasoning (Chilli Garlic Flavour).
- Step 4
Toss this over high flame for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot with choice of sauce or gravy.
