Prepare Eclairs

Step 1
In a deep pan, boil milk and butter, then add flour to make a roux. Cook the roux until it leaves the side of the pan.

Step 2
Transfer the roux to a planetary mixer and gradually pour in the eggs until it forms a smooth choux paste. Add baking powder and mix until well combined.

Step 3
Pipe the choux paste through an eclair nozzle and bake at 160ºC for 15-18 minutes until golden brown in color.

Step 4
For Filling
- a. Whip the cream until it reaches a stiff consistency. Then, add KitKat® spread and mix it well.
- b. Pipe the spread and whipped cream mixture into the eclairs and chill.

Step 5
For Coating
- a. Melt the chocolate and mix it with KitKat® Spread.
- b. Coat the stuffed eclair lid with the KitKat® chocolate mix.
Serve chilled.
