Chicken Momos

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour)
  • Minced chicken
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Chopped cabbage
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped chili
  • Chopped ginger
  • Butter
  • Refined flour
  • Water

Method

  • 1. Make semi hard dough with refined flour & water, keep it rested and covered with moist cloth.
  • 2. Take a bowl and add butter, chopped ginger, cabbage, onion, chili, coriander, spring onion, minced chicken & MAGGI® Professional Rice & Noodle Seasoning (Wok Flavour), mix well.
  • 3. Now place the chicken mixture in a small round sheet from the rested dough (step 1).
  • 4. Give it your desired shape and steam for about 10 minutes in the steamer.
  • 5. Garnish with spring onion, serve hot with chutneys or dips (to your choice).
