



- MAGGI® Professional Red Pasta Sauce Mix30 g
- Tomato puree150 g
- Water150 ml
- Boiled penne pasta210 g
- Chopped garlic10 g
- Chopped broccoli10 g
- Sliced bell pepper30 g
- Cherry tomato10 g
- Sliced zucchini10 g
- Veg. stock50 ml
- Oregano1 g
- Thymeas per taste
- Basil6 leaves
- Crushed pepper1 g
- Parmesan cheese20 g
- Saltto taste
- Butter20 g
- Parsley choppedfor garnish
Prepare Penne Primavera
- Step 1
Make red sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Red Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Once prepared, set aside.
- Step 2
Take a pan and add butter, garlic, cherry tomato and vegetables.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes. Then add red sauce and stock.
- Step 4
Cook this for a few minutes. Then add pasta, crushed peppers, thyme, oregano and basil.
- Step 5
Mix well and cook this for 2-3 minutes. Season as per taste.
Garnish it with parsley, parmesan cheese and serve hot.
