Spaghetti Arrabbiata Pasta
Long strands of spaghetti pasta are cooked in a lip-smacking tomato sauce to create a dish that’s high in taste. Spaghetti Arrabbiata Pasta is made with MAGGI® Professional Red Pasta Sauce Mix, and topped with basil, oregano, chili flakes, and parmesan cheese, for a delectable flavour.
- MAGGI® Professional Red Pasta Sauce Mix30 g
- Tomato puree150 g
- Water150 ml
- Boiled spaghetti pasta210 g
- Chopped garlic6 g
- Butter20 g
- Basil5 leaves
- Cherry tomato6 nos
- Sliced bell peppers30 g
- Veg. stock50 ml
- Oregano1 g
- Chili flakes5 g
- Parmesan cheese10 g
- Saltto taste
Prepare Spaghetti Arrabbiata Pasta
- Step 1
Make red sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Red Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Set aside.
- Step 2
Take a pan and add butter, garlic, cherry tomato, and bell peppers.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes before adding the red sauce and vegetable stock.
- Step 4
Cook this for a few minutes and then add spaghetti pasta, chili flakes, basil, and oregano.
- Step 5
Mix well and cook this for 2-3 minutes. Season as per taste.
Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese and basil.
