Satiate your customers’ love for Italian flavours with this Vegetable Lasagna that’s a winner for sure! A series of pasta sheets are layered with MAGGI® Professional Red and White Pasta Sauces, along with fresh veggies, and parmesan cheese, before being baked to perfection. Serve it with toasted bread to level up its taste.

- Milk200 ml
- Lasagna sheets3 nos.
- Chopped garlic10 g
- Sliced leeks50 g
- Sliced carrot80 g
- Sliced broccoli80 g

- Oregano1 g
- Basil12 leaves
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Mozzarella cheese100 g

- Crushed pepperas per taste
- Butter15 g
Prepare Vegetable Lasagna
- Step 1
Make red and white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Once prepared, set aside.

Take a pan and add butter, garlic, leeks, and vegetables.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes and then add 40 g of white sauce, salt, and crushed peppers. Cook till done and set aside.

Now take a lasagna mold and start layering with red sauce (layer as per your requirement) then follow this with a lasagna sheet.

Top this with the vegetables from step 3 (layer as per your requirement).

Add white sauce (again layer as per your requirement), cheese, basil, oregano nd crush peppers.
- Step 7
Repeat the process with lasagna sheets as per your requirement.
- Step 8
Cover the top with remaining white and red sauce and cheese.
- Step 9
Then gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
