- MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix10.5 g
- Milk150 ml
- Boiled penne pasta210 g
- Chopped garlic5 g
- Cherry tomato6 nos
- Chopped broccoli20 g
- Sliced bell peppers30 g
- Veg. stock50 ml
- Basil6 leaves
- Oregano1 g

- Crushed peppera pinch

Prepare Pink Sauce Penne Pasta
- Step 1
Make red and white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Once prepared, set aside.
- Step 2
Take a pan and add butter, garlic, cherry tomato, basil, broccoli, and bell peppers.
- Step 3
Sauté for 2 minutes before adding red & white sauce and stock.
- Step 4
Cook for a few minutes then add penne pasta. Then add oregano, crushed peppers, and salt as per taste.
Serve hot, garnished with parmesan cheese and basil.
