Tomato Basil Soup

- Tomato puree50 g
- Water50 ml
- MAGGI® Professional White Pasta Sauce Mix3.5 g
- Milk50 ml
- Stock300 ml
- Chopped basil5 leaves
- Saltto taste
- Sugarto taste
- Crushed peppera pinch
- Butter40 g
Prepare Tomato Basil Soup
- Step 1
Make red and white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix, tomato puree & water). Once prepared, set aside.

Take a saucepan and add butter and basil. Sauté for a minute.
- Step 3
Then add the red & white sauce along with the stock.
- Step 4
Boil it well for 5 minutes and season as per taste.
Serve it hot in a bowl, garnished with basil leaves.
