Mexican Corn & Bean MAGGI® Affair

The Mexican Corn & Bean MAGGI® Affair is tangy and spicy — after all, your favourite MAGGI® noodles are layered with corn kernels, kidney beans, and lots of red pasta sauce for an irresistible flavour. Pair this recipe with a hunk of freshly toasted garlic bread to impress your customers!
- MAGGI® masala noodles1 packet
- Roasted crushed cumin seeds1 tsp
- Cooking oil1-2 tbsp (or equivalent butter)
- Corn kernel1 tbsp
- Boiled rajma2 tbsp
- Pasta red sauce1 ladle
- Chilli flakes½ tsp
- Water210 ml
Prepare Mexican Corn & Bean MAGGI® Affair
- Step 1
Heat butter/oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add rajma and corn. Fry for a minute.
- Step 3
Add 210 ml water, MAGGI® tastemaker, and noodles cake. Bring it to a boil and cook it for 1 minute. Now, add red sauce and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
- Step 4
Transfer into a serving bowl.
Garnish with red chilli flakes and crushed cumin seeds.
