Corn & Spinach Augratin

Ingredients

  • MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix (White sauce)
  • Milk
  • Frozen corns
  • Shredded spinach
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped onion
  • Oregano
  • Chili flakes
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Grated processed cheese
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Butter

Method

  • 1. Make white sauce following the pack method of preparation (using MAGGI® Professional Pasta Sauce Mix and milk).
  • 2. Take a pan and add butter, chopped garlic, chopped onion, corns, crushed pepper, chili flakes & oregano.
  • 3. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 4. Add shredded spinach & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Then add white sauce, processed cheese & salt, mix well.
  • 6. Cook this for 2-3 minutes, till the desired sauce consistency is achieved (semi thick).
  • 7. Pour this in the baking mould & then sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese.
  • 8. Gratinate it under the salamander or bake it in the oven, serve hot.
